1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Utility Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Act 2016. Acts 2016 127
2. Interpretation In this Act – “principal Act” means the Utility Regulatory Authority Act.
3. Section 10 of principal Act amended Section 10 of the principal Act is amended – (a) in subsection (2), by repealing paragraph (a); (b) in subsection (3), by repealing paragraph (a). Passed by the National Assembly on the twenty eighth day of June two thousand and sixteen.
