Sugar Investment Trust (Election of Directors and Representatives) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 GN No. 110 of 2012 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 56 of 31 May 2012 THE SUGAR INDUSTRY EFFICIENCY ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 34(1) (a) of the Sugar Industry Efficiency Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Sugar Investment Trust (Election of Directors and Representatives) (Amendment) Regulations 2012. 2. In these regulations — “principal regulations” means the Sugar Investment Trust (Election of Directors and Representatives) Regulations 2012. 3. Regulation 6 of the principal regulations is amended by revoking paragraph (c) and replacing it by the following paragraph — (c) an election under section 6 of the Act shall be held not later than August 2012. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 31 May 2012. Made by the Minister on 29 May 2012
