Sugar Insurance Fund (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2011 GN No. 208 of 2011 THE SUGAR INSURANCE FUND ACT Regulations made by the Minister, on the recommendation of the Board acting on the advice of the consulting actuary, under section 55(1) of the Sugar Insurance Fund Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Sugar Insurance Fund (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2011. 2. In these regulations "Act" means the Sugar Insurance Fund Act. 3. The Second Schedule to the Act is amended by adding, at the end, the following paragraph – For the crop year beginning on 1 June 2010 and ending 31 May 2011, the premium percentage of value appearing in the second column of this Schedule shall be reduced by a factor of 70 per cent. Made by the Minister, on the recommendation of the Board acting on the advice of the consulting actuary, on 25 November 2011.
