Shooting and Fishing Leases (Eco-tourism Activities) (Fees) Regulations 2018 GN No. 28 of 2018 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 21 of 10 March 2018 THE SHOOTING AND FISHING LEASES ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 18 of the Shooting and Fishing Leases Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Shooting and Fishing Leases (Eco-tourism Activities) (Fees) Regulations 2018. 2. In these regulations — “eco-tourism activity” means an activity specified in the Schedule. 3. No person shall carry out any eco-tourism activity on State land unless — (a) he has been granted a lease to carry out such activity thereon; and (b) he pays, in respect of that activity, the corresponding annual fee specified in the Schedule to the Conservator of Forests. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 12 March 2018. Made by the Minister on 8 March 2018.
