GN no 100 of 1998 The Fair Trading Act Regulations made by the Minister under section 8 of the Fair Trading Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Prepackage Food (Amendment) Regulations 1998 2. In these regulations- principal regulations means the Prepackage Food Regulations 1989 3. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by adding the following new item 4A Chewing gum Made by the Minister on 31st July 1998
