National Heritage Fund (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2009 GN No. 146 of 2009 THE NATIONAL HERITAGE FUND ACT Regulations made by the Minister under sections 12 and 23 of the National Heritage Fund Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the National Heritage Fund (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2009. 2. In these regulations "Act" means the National Heritage Fund Act. 3. The Schedule to the Act is amended under the sub-heading "RIVIERE DU REMPART DISTRICT", by inserting after item 2, the following new item 2A. Round Island, Rivière du Rempart Made by the Minister, on recommendation of the Board on 30 October 2009.
