Maritime Zones (EEZ Outer Limit Lines) Regulations 2008 GN No. 220 of 2008 THE MARITIME ZONES ACT 2005 Regulations made by the Prime Minister under sections 14 and 27 of the Maritime Zones Act 2005 1. These regulations may be cited as the Maritime Zones (EEZ Outer Limit Lines) Regulations 2008. 2. In these regulations "Act" means the Maritime Zones Act 2005. 3. For the purposes of section 14 of the Act, the list of geographical coordinates of points set out in the Schedule shall be the EEZ outer limit line. 4. The Maritime Zones (Exclusive Economic Zones) Regulations 1984 are revoked. Made by the Minister on 20th October 2008.
