Land Surveyors (Fees for the Survey of State Lands) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 GN No. 19 of 2013 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 8 of 26 January 2013 THE LAND SURVEYORS ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 20 of the Land Surveyors Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Fees for the Survey of State Lands) (Amendment) Regulations 2013. 2. In these Regulations — “Principal Regulations” mean the Land Surveyors (Fees for Survey of State Lands) Regulations 2011. 3. The Schedule to the principal regulations are revoked and replaced by the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these regulations. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 February 2013. Made by the Minister on 23 January 2013. SCHEDULE [Regulation 3] SCHEDULE [Regulation 2] SURVEY FEE (Rs) 1. Survey of a building site for residential purposes 1,100 2. Survey of a campement, commercial or industrial site 5,500 for the first arpent or part thereof and a further amount of and Rs 3,250 for each additional portion of one arpent or part thereof 3. Survey of a site required for religious, cultural, educational, social or charitable purposes 1,100 for the first arpent or part thereof and a further amount of Rs 1,100 for each additional portion of one arpent or part thereof 4. Survey of an agricultural site 2,500 for the first arpent or part thereof and a further amount of Rs 1,250 for each additional portion of one arpent or part thereof
