GN No. 94 of 2013 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 40 of 4 May 2013 THE LAND SURVEYORS ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 20 of the Land Surveyors Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Diplomas) (Amendment) Regulations 2013. 2. In these regulations — “principal regulations” means the Land Surveyors (Diplomas) Regulations 2011. 3. The Schedule to the principal regulations is, amended, by inserting, in the appropriate alphabetical order, the following new item — AUSTRALIA Bachelor of Surveying — Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia Made by the Minister on 26 April 2013.
