Food (Amendment) Regulations 2025 GN No. 19 of 2025 Government Gazette of Mauritius No, 15 of 1 March 2025 THE FOOD ACT 2022 Regulations made by the Minister under section 24 of the Food Act 2022 1. These regulations may be cited as the Food (Amendment) Regulations 2025. 2. In these regulations "principal regulations" means the Food Regulations 2024. 3. Regulation 151 of the principal regulations is amended, in paragraph (2), by deleting the words "1 March 2025" and replacing them by the words "1 September 2025". Made by the Minister on 28 February 2025.
