Food (Amendment) Regulations 2015 GN No. 229 of 2015 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 118 of 28 November 2015 THE FOOD ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 18 of the Food Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Food (Amendment) Regulations 2015. 2. In these regulations — “principal regulations” means the Food Regulations 1999. 3. Regulation 47(3) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting the words “one year from the date of issue and shall be renewable for 2 further periods of one year each” and replacing them by the words “2 years from the date of issue”. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 December 2015. Made by the Minister on 20 November 2015.
