Food (Amendment) Regulations 2014 GN No. 181 of 2014 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 84 of 20 September 2014 THE FOOD ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 18 of the Food Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Food (Amendment) Regulations 2014. 2. In these regulations — “principal regulations” means the Food Regulations 1999. 3. Regulation 108 of the principal regulations is amended, in paragraph (a), by deleting the words “97%” and replacing them by the words “95%”. 4. Regulations 110, 111 and 112 of the principal regulations are amended by deleting the words “98%” and replacing them by the words “95%”. Made by the Minister on 16 September 2014
