Price : Re 1.00 GOVERNMENT OF MAURITIUS Government Notice No. 84 of 1983. THE FISHERIES ACT Regulations made by the Minister unrler section~ 5 and 38 of the Fisberies Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Gill Net Prohibition) (Rodrigues) Regulations 1983. 2. No person shall fish with a gill net 3. These regufotions shall apply to the Island of Rodrigues only. Made by the Minister on 2 June 1983.
