Fisheries and Marine Resources (Extension of Net Fishing Season) Regulations 2011 GN No. 175 of 2011 THE FISHERIES AND MARINE RESOURCES ACT Regulations made by the Minister under sections 14(5) and 74 of the Fisheries and Marine Resources Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries and Marine Resources (Extension of Net Fishing Season) Regulations 2011. 2. In these regulations "Act" means the Fisheries and Marine Resources Act 3. Pursuant to section 14(5) of the Act, a person may fish at sea, any river, lake or dam with a large net, a pocket net, a gill net or a canard net from 1 October 2011 to 10 October 2011. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 2011. Made by the Minister on 30 September 2011.
