Environment Protection (Applications for PER Approval and EIA Licence) (Processing Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 GN No. 212 of 2013 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 80 of 14 September 2013 THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 96(2)(c) of the Environment Protection Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Environment Protection (Applications for PER Approval and EIA Licence) (Processing Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2013. 2. In these regulations — “principal regulations” means the Environment Protection (Applications for PER Approval and EIA Licence) (Processing Fees) Regulations 2011. 3. The Schedule to the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these regulations. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 2013.
