1. These regulations may be cited as the Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2020.
2. In these regulations – “Act” means the Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) Act.
3. The Fourth Schedule to the Act is amended by adding the following new item and its corresponding entries –
5. Contribution to the COVID-19 Solidarity Fund 4.00 4.00
4. These regulations shall come into operation on 4 April 2020. Made by the Minister on 4 April 2020. ------------------------------------------
