Consumer Protection (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2014 GN No. 179 of 2014 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 82 of 13 September 2014 THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (PRICE AND SUPPLIES CONTROL) ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 35 of the Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Consumer Protection (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2014. 2. In these regulations — “Act” means the Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) Act. 3. The principal Act is amended, in the Second Schedule, by inserting, in the appropriate alphabetical order, the following new words — Imported live cattle 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 13 September 2014. Made by the Minister on 12 September 2014.
