Central Water Authority (Production of Drinks) (Fees and Other Charges) (Revocation) Regulations 2013 GN No. 74 of 2013 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 30 of 6 April 2013 THE CENTRAL WATER AUTHORITY ACT Regulations made by the Central Water Board under section 49 of the Central Water Authority Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Central Water Authority (Production of Drinks) (Fees and Other Charges) (Revocation) Regulations 2013. 2. The Central Water Authority (Production of Drinks) (Fees and Other Charges) Regulations 2011 are revoked. 3. These regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 4 February 2013. Made by the Central Water Board on 25 January 2013 and approved by the Minister on 20 March 2013. 2
