Central Water Authority (Production of Drinks) (Fees and Other Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 GN No. 121 of 2012 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 62 of 16 June 2012 THE CENTRAL WATER AUTHORITY ACT Regulations made by the Central Water Board under section 49 of the Central Water Authority Act •These regulations may be cited as the Central Water Authority (Production of Drinks) (Fees and Other Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2012. 2. In these regulations — “principal regulations” means the Central Water Authority (Production of Drinks) (Fees and Other Charges) Regulations 2011. 3. The principal regulations are amended — (a) in the First Schedule — (i) in paragraph (xi), by adding the words “for sale in the State of Mauritius”; (ii) by adding the following new paragraph — (xii) Total volume in litres rounded to 2 decimal places of drinks produced during the month for export purposes ……………………………………………………………………………. (b) in the Second Schedule, in the first column, by adding the words “bottled, canned or packed for sale in the State of Mauritius”. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 15 June 2012. Made by the Central Water Board on 25 May 2012 and approved by the Minister on 12 June 2012.
