Cane (Specification of Varieties) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 GN No. 169 of 2019 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 100 of 26 September 2019 THE MAURITLUS CANE INDUSTRY AUTHORITY ACT Regulations made by the Minister under sections 17 and 63(1) of the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority Act 1. These regulations may be cited as Cane (Specification of Varieties) (Amendment) Regulations 2019. 2. In these regulations “principal regulations” means the Cane (Specification of Varieties) Regulations 2013. 3. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended, by inserting, after item “M 915/05”, the following new item – M 63 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 23 September 2019. Made by the Minister on 23 September 2019.
