CADASTRAL SURVEY (LAND SURVEYS IN RODRIGUES) REGULATIONS 2013 GN No. 120 of 2013 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 51 of 8 June 2013 THE CADASTRAL SURVEY ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 21 of the Cadastral Survey Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Cadastral Survey (Land Surveys in Rodrigues) Regulations 2013. 2. Subject to regulation 3, the Cadastral Survey (Land Surveys) Regulations 2013 shall apply to the Island of Rodrigues. 3. Regulation 5(6)(c) to (g) and (7) of the Cadastral Survey (Land Surveys) Regulations 2013 shall not apply to the Island of Rodrigues. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 2013. Made by the Minister on 6 June 2013.
