Cadastral Land Survey (Registration of Memorandum of Survey and Survey Report in Rodrigues) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 GN No. 46 of 2015 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 32 of 4 April 2015 THE CADASTR4L SURVEY ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 21of the Cadastral Survey Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Cadastral Land Survey (Registration of Memorandum of Survey and Survey Report in Rodrigues) (Amendment) Regulations 2015. 2. In these regulations — “principal regulations” means the Cadastral Land Survey (Registration of Memorandum of Survey and Survey Report in Rodrigues) Regulations 2013. “Island Chief Executive” means the Island Chief Executive as referred to in section 66 of the Rodrigues Regional Assembly Act. 3. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended — (a) in paragraph (1), by inserting, after the word “up”, the words “under the Act”; (b) in paragraph (4) — (i) by deleting the words “Registrar-General” and replacing them by the words “Island Chief Executive”; (ii) in subparagraph (b), by deleting the words “Permanent Secretary” and “Permanent Secretary’s Office” and replacing them by the words “Departmental Head” and “Departmental Head Office”, respectively; (iii) in paragraph (5), by deleting the words “Permanent Secretary” and replacing them by the words “Departmental Head”.
