Bread (Control of- Manufacture and Sale) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 GN No. 11 of 2008 THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (PRICE AND SUPPLIES CONTROL) ACT 1998 Regulations made by the Minister under sections 3 and 35 of the Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) Act 1998 1. These regulations may be cited as the Bread (Control of Manufacture and Sale) (Amendment) Regulations 2008. 2. In these regulations "principal regulations" means the Bread (Control of Manufacture and Sale) Regulations 1988. 3. The Second Schedule of the principal regulations is repealed and replaced by the Schedule to these regulations. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 19 January 2008. Made by the Minister on 18 January 2008.
