B 5341 VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA B 5341 L.N. 453 of 2013 PLANT QUARANTINE ACT (CAP. 433) Vegetable Propagation and Planting Material (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 32 of the Plant Quarantine Act, the Minister for Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate Change has made the following regulations: Citation and scope. S.L. 433.13 1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Vegetable Propagation and Planting Material (Amendment) Regulations, 2013, and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Vegetable Propagation and Planting Material Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations". (2) The scope of these regulations is to transpose Commission Decision 2013/166/EU amending Council Directive 2008/72/EC to extend the derogation relating to import conditions for vegetable propagating and planting material, other than seed, from third countries. Amends regulation 20 of the principal regulations. 2. In sub-regulation (2) of regulation 20 of the principal regulations, for the words "31st December, 2012", there shall be substituted the words "31st December, 2022".
