TRANSPORT OF CATTLE, ANIMALS OR EGGS BETWEEN MALTA AND GOZO [S.L.36.08 1 SUBSIDIARY LEGISLATION 36.08 TRANSPORT OF CATTLE, ANIMALS OR EGGS BETWEEN MALTA AND GOZO REGULATIONS 20th June, 1944; 24th November, 1944 GOVERNMENT NOTICES 242 and 483 of 1944, as amended by Government Notice 610 of 1945, consolidated. Title.1. The title of these Regulations is Transport of Cattle, Animals or Eggs between Malta and Gozo Regulations. Interpretation. Substituted by: G.N. 610 of 1945. Cap. 36. 2. In these Regulations ''animal'' and ''cattle'' have the meanings assigned to them by article 2 in the Prevention of Disease Ordinance; ''Gozo'' includes Comino. Transportation of animals or eggs. Amended by: G.N. 610 of 1945. 3. No person shall transport or cause to be transported any catt le, animal or eggs, between Malta and Gozo without the permission of the Director of Agriculture or of an officer deputed by him. Applicability of regulations. 4. These Regulations shall not apply to the transport of poultry or rabbits from Gozo to Malta.
