B 2214 L.N. 163 of 2004 ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT (CAP. 435) Reduction in the Sulphur Content of Certain Liquid Fuels (Amendment) Regulations, 2004 BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 9 of the Environment Protection Act, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment has made the following regulations>– 1. The title of these regulations is the Reduction in the Sulphur Content of Certain Liquid Fuels (Amendment) Regulations, 2004, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Reduction in the Sulphur Content of Certain Liquid Fuels Regulations, 2002, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”. 2. In the Maltese text of regulation 5 of the principal regulations, for the words “100% bil-massa” there shall be substituted the words “1.00% bil-massa”. Citation. L.N. 159 of 2002. Amends regulation 5 of the principal regulations.
