B 1307VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA L.N. 119 of 2010 PLANT QUARANTINE ACT (CAP. 433) Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2010 IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 32 of the Plant Quarantine Act, the Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs has made the following regulations. 1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2010 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) Regulations, 2004, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”. (2) The scope of these regulations is to transpose Commission Directive 2010/1/EU of 8 January, 2010 amending Directive 2000/29/EC. 2. In Part B of Schedule II to the principal regulations, in point 2 of heading (b) Bacteria, for the text in the third column, Protected zone(s), there shall be substituted the following: “E, EE, F (Corsica), IRL, I (Abruzzo, Apúlia, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Emilia-Romagna (the provinces of Parma and Piacenza); Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Liguria, Lombardy (except the province of Mantua), Marche, Molise, Piedmont, Sardinia, Sicily, Tuscany, Umbria, Valle d’Aosta, Veneto (except the provinces of Rovigo and Venice, the communes Castelbaldo, Barbona, Boara Pisani, Masi, Piacenza d’Adige, S.
