(a) Commission Regulation (EC) No 640/2009 of 22 July 2009 implementing Directive 2005/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for electric motors;
(b) Commission Regulation (EC) No 641/2009 of 22 July 2009 implementing Directive 2005/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for glandless standalone circulators and glandless circulators integrated in products;
(c) Commission Regulation (EC) No 642/2009 of 22 July 2009 implementing Directive 2005/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for televisions;
(d) Commission Regulation (EC) No 643/2009 of 22 July 2009 implementing Directive 2005/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard B 2100 VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA to ecodesign requirements for household refrigerating appliances. Amends regulation 2. Amends regulation 3. For the definition “the Directorate” in regulation 3 of the 3 of the principal regulations. principal regulations, there shall be substituted the following: “ “the Directorate” means the Regulatory Affairs Directorate of the Malta Standards Authority, as established S.L. 419.03 by virtue of the Establishment of Directorates of the Malta Standards Authority Order;”. Amends regulation 4.
