B 2106 Citation. L.N. 318 of 2001. Amends regulation 3 of the princ.ipal regulations. L.N.140 of 2002 PRODUCT SAFETY ACT (ACT NO. V OF 2001) The Dangerous Substances (Notification) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002 IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 39 of the Product Safety Act, the Minister for Rconomic Services, on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, has made the following regulations: !. The title of these regulations is the Dangerous Substances (Notification) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002, and they shall be read and constrned as one with the Dangerous Substances (Notification) Regulations, 2001, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations". 2. The following entry shall be added to regulation 3.1 (i) of the principal regulations: "Directive 2001/59/EC (OJ L 225, 21.8.2001,.p. l)".
