CONTROL OF MARKING OF ANIMALS [S.L.36.17 1 SUBSIDIARY LEGISLATION 36.17 CONTROL OF MARKING OF ANIMALS REGULATIONS 12th September, 1957 GOVERNMENT NOTICE 563 of 1957, as amended by Legal Notice 35 of 1964. Title.1. The title of these Regulations is Control of Marking of Animals Regulations. Authorisation to apply any kind of ear tag or mark. Amended by: L.N. 35 of 1964. 2. No person other than a government officer duly authorised by the Director of Agriculture in that behalf shall apply, cause or allow to be applied any kind of ear tag or other mark on live animals. Prohibition to remove any kind of ear tag or mark. Amended by: L.N. 35 of 1964. 3. No person other than a government officer duly authorised by the Director of Agriculture in that behalf shall remove, cause or allow to be removed from a live animal any ear tag or other mark applied by such officer.
