Adrian Davis Governor DATE:7.7.14 M O N T S E R R A T No. of 2014 A BILL FOR AN ACT TO REPEAL THE TOURIST BOARD ACT (CAP. 18.06). BE IT ENACTED by The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Montserrat and by the authority of the same as follows:— 1 Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be cited as the Tourist Board (Repeal) Act, 2014. (2) This Act comes into force on a date appointed by the Governor acting on the advice of Cabinet by Order published in the Gazette. Montserrat Tourist Board (Repeal) Act, 2014 No. 11 of 2014 3 2 Interpretation In this Act, “Tourist Board Act” means the Tourist Board Act (Cap. 18.06). 3 Repeal of Tourist Board Act (1) The Tourist Board Act and subordinate legislation made under the Tourist Board Act are repealed.
