RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF MONGOLIA Number 336 October 31, 2018 On approval of list Pursuant to Article 5.2 of the Law of Mongolia on Fortified Food, Article 1.1 of 2019 Resolution of State Great Khural Number 30, the Government of Mongolia RESOLVES: 1. To adopt , as per the attachment hereto, the list of “Food products subject to mandatory fortification” . 2. To order the Minister of Health D. Sarangerel and the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry B. Batzorig to develop product standards per every category of foods subject to mandatory fortification, ensure adoption of such standards within second quarter of 2019, organize systematic, phased preparatory activities toward fortification of BG-o55 grade wheat flour. 3. To order General Authority for Specialized Inspection {N. Tsagaankhuu) to undertake effective supervision of mandatory fortification of specified food products 4. To consider this Resolution effective from the date of ratification of the Law of Mongolia on Fortified Food.
