Short Title 9 This Act may be cited as the Maritime (Amendment) Act (No.5), 2013. 10 Section 2. Amendment 11 (1) Section 112 of the Principal Act is amended by adding to the following definitions in 12 alphabetical order and by renumbering the subsections accordingly, as follows: 13 ยง 112. Definitions. 14 (1) The word "builder", as used throughout this Title, shall mean one who is building or 15 has contracted to build a vessel under construction. 16 17 Section 3.
