Regulations The Fish and Fishery Products, Export, Import and Re- export Management Regulations, 2017 published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 2023/51 of 15th June, 2017 are hereby amended by the insertion immediately after regulation 6 thereof of the following regulation: “6A. Any establishment referred to in regulation 6 shall: (a) be a corporation, board or other body which was or is established by or under any written law with funds or capital wholly or partly provided by the Government; or (b) be wholly owned by one or more persons who are citizens of Sri Lanka; or (c) be wholly owned by any company, society or other association of persons, incorporated or established under any written law in which majority of the voting shares are held by citizens of Sri Lanka.”. 03 - 699
