Coconut Development (Amendment) Act, No. 40 of 1987 [Certified on 23rd October, 19871 L.D.-o.26/86. AN ACT TO AMEND THE COCONUT DEVELOPMENT ACT, No. 46 OF 1971 BE it enacted by the Parliament or” the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows : 1. This Act may be cited as the COCODUt Dc\pe!opment Short title, (Amendment) Act, No. 40 of 1987. 2. Section 26 of the Coconut Development Act, No. 46 ~~~~~~~~~~~~ of 1971 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal enact- of swlion merit “) is hereby amended in aubsectioh (1) of that section, 26 of Act No. 45 by the substitution for the words “ five members “, of the Of Jd’iie words “ nine members “. 3 . Section 27 of he p*rincipal enactment is hereby amend- Amzrdmerlt ed by the substituti~on for the word “ three *, of the word 2”: Ff’yit @ five “, principal enaL eni-ile.
