Section 27 of the Agrarian Services Act, No. 58 of Amendment of section 21 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal enact- of Act ment “) is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraph © Y $ J . ~ * o f o f s u b s e c t i o n ( 3 ) o f t h a t s e c t i o n . 3.
