1437 Trade Marks (Amendment) Regulations SAINT LUCIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT, 2020, No. 146 [ 21st September, 2020 ] In exercise of the power conferred under section 200 of the Trade Marks Act, Cap. 13.30, the Minister responsible for intellectual property makes these Regulations: Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Trade Marks (Amendment) Regulations, 2020. Revocation of regulation 74 2. Regulation 74 of the Trade Marks Regulations, Cap. 13.30 is revoked.
