547 SAINT LUCIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT, 2021, No. 154 [ 29th September, 2021 ] In exercise of the power conferred under section 12 of the Styrofoam and Plastic Food Service Containers (Prohibition) Act, No. 22 of 2019, the Minister responsible for the environment makes this Order: Citation 1. This Order may be cited as the Styrofoam and Plastic Food Service Containers (Prohibition) (Amendment of Schedule) Order, 2021. Amendment of Schedule 2. The Schedule to the Styrofoam and Plastic Food Service Containers (Prohibition) Act, No. 22 of 2019 is amended in Part B under the heading Plastic, by deleting item 7.
