1433 Geographical Indications (Amendment) Regulations SAINT LUCIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT, 2020, No. 144 [ 21st September, 2020 ] In exercise of the power conferred under section 20 of the Geographical Indications Act, Cap. 13.14, the Minister responsible for intellectual property makes these Regulations: Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Geographical Indications (Amendment) Regulations, 2020. Revocation of regulation 34 2. Regulation 34 of the Geographical Indications Regulations, Cap. 13.14 is revoked. Made this 9th day of September, 2020. HERMANGILD FRANCIS, Minister responsible for intellectual property.
