Crown Lands (Allotment to the Nmional Trust) Regulations SAINT .LUCIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS, 1982, No. 49. 147 [ 11th September, 1982. ] 1. Short Title. This Regulation may be cited as the Crown Lands (Allotment to the Saint Lucia National Trust) Regulations, 1982. 2. Interpretation. Trust means the Saint Lucia National Trust estab lished under the Saint Lucia National Trust Act, 1975 (No. 16 of 1975). 3. Allobncnt of Crown Lands,. Cabinet may. by order. allot to the Trust the administrative control of any lands ~r interest therein owned by the Crown and thereupon the lands or interest so allotted shall be held and dealt with by the Trust in accordance with the Saint Lucia National Trust Act. 1975. Made by the Cabinet under section 7 (a) of the Crown Lands Ordinance (Chapter 108). V. E. GIRARD. Secretary to the Cabinet.
