Article 4 Thc kcy tclllls uscd in this Sub―decree are deflned as follows: ``Colltract‐based Agricultural Production" refers to a Production that、vould ensurc thc pricc,quantity, quality and othcr condition of thc product with agreement made prior to thc production ``Agricultural Production Contract ``refers to an Agreement Of Agricultural Production Business made by two partics or more which is legal binding and shall specitt in advancc any rcquirements demanded “Agricultural Production Business``rcfcrs to any occupations relevant to producing,scning and purchasing agricultural products such as: ‐ Cultivation of all kinds of crops ― Scriculture,arboriculturc,aquaculture,animal husbandry,ctc ― Production of crop sccds, livestock breeds, aquatic animal spccics, and vegetation specles ‐ AgHcultural produce pЮ ccssing ― Contract‐bascd AgHcultural Production purchasc to supply the markcts,for processing factories,or for export “Producing Party'' rcfcrs to physical or legal pcrson 37ho 2 1nstitution and Coordinating Mechanism Article 5 The Ministr/Of Agriculturc,Forestry and Fisheries shall be thc Lcad Body in communicating,coordinating,providing scrvices undcr its compctcncy,involving in all activities,providing enabling cnvironmentto the developmcnt of Contract―based Agricultural Production,monitoring and cvaluating and making reports to thc Royal Govcrnlncnt Article 6 The Ministry of Agriculturc, Forestry and Fisheries shall shall coopcratc with the concerncd Ministries and lnstitutions to do thc following rolcs: ‐ Bridgc investOrs and fanncrs, producers, processors in the framcwork of Contract― based AgHcultural Production ― Promote and encouragc the follllation of associations, agricultural communities, or agricultural organizations as the bases tO dcvclop contact―based agriculture ‐ Improve standard, classiflcation and quality of agricultural products to mect with markct dcmand and international standard ‐ Involve in addrcssing conflicts and problcms pertaining to thc implementation of Contract‐based Agricultural Production on the basis ofexisting laws ― Facilitatc access to on land legal right On the basis Of existing la、v to producing and faming palties to conduct agri―busincss and agro―indust7 ‐ Provide enabling cnvironmcnt to access tcchnical suppolt scrviccs,good quality crop seeds,aquatic animal species,vegetation spccies,animal brccds,ineans of production, high quality of fertilizcrs,pcsticidcs ― Enhancc intensivc production and agricultural diversiflcation and compctitivcness of producc in ordcrto mcct、 vith Purchasing parties shall negotiate wlth each other in advance based on the condition stated in thc contract.
