PROCLAMATION on The type of fishing gear permitted to use in marine fishery domain of the Kingdom of Cambodia 3 Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Having seen the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia Having seen Royal Degree number nor sor/ror kor tor/0908/1055 dated on 25 September 2008 on the assignment (creation) of government of the Kingdom of Cambodia Having seen Royal Code number 02/nor sor/94 dated on 20 July 1994 announced to use the law on the arrangement and carrying out of Council ministers Having seen Royal Code number nor sor/ror kor mor/0196/13 date on 24 January 1996 promulgated to use the law on establishment of the ministry of agriculture, forestry and fisheries. Having seen Royal Code number nor sor/ror kor mor/0506/011 dated on 21 May 2006 promulgated to use the law on fisheries. Having seen Sub-degree number 17 or nor kror.bor kor dated on 07 April 2000 on the arrangement and carrying out of the ministry of agriculture, forestry and fisheries. Having seen Sub-degree number 188 or nor kror. bor kor dated on 14 November 2008 on general department adjustment of ministries to general secretariats, the promotion of Forestry Administrative and Fisheries Administrative to have a rank equalize to General Department, the promotion of Department of Agronomy and Agricultural Land Improvement to General Department of Agriculture, and the adjustment of General Department of Rubber Plantation to Rubber General Department, which are under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Bor kor dated 25 January 2010 on procedures of investment public auction or renting through agreement and fishing fee Having seen letter number 285 sor.chor.nor dated on 16 March 2015 of Council Minister Following the request of Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge of General Director of Fisheries Administration. DECIDED Article 1. This proclamation is to identify the type of family-scale fishing gear, medium-scale fishing gear, and industrial-scale fishing gear permitted to use in marine fishery domain of Kingdom of Cambodia. Article 2. All type of fishing gear permitted to use in marine fisheries domain as mentioned in article 1 of this proclamation shall follow to the number size, length and season. For fishing gear of fishing vessel used engine power not the type of vessel engine power, the fishing fee shall be calculated 50%. Type of fishing gear permitted to use in marine fishery domain is identified in annex of this proclamation. Article 3: Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries can revise or add fishing gear that is not mentioned in this proclamation based on the information of scientific research and need. Article 4. Any proclamation or decision which is against this proclamation must be annulled. Article 5: The proclamation number 630 pror kor.kor sor kor dated on 24 November 2010 on the type of fishing gear permitted to use in the inland and marine water of the Kingdom of Cambodia and other regulations against this proclamation must be annulled. Article 6. General Secretary, Sector Inspector, Cabinet Director, Director General of Fisheries Administration, Director of Administrative Affair, Director of Financial Accounting Department, and Directors of other relevant organizations under Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries have to responsible for the effective implementation of this proclamation following their own duties from signed date.
