The whole context is as follows: LAW ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE FORESTRY AND FISHING Article l: The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing is established under the jurisdiction of the Royal Government of Cambodia. Article 2: The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing has the competence of leading and administering the domain of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Article 3: The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing is headed by a Minister and assisted by a Secretary of State and /or Under Secretary of State according to the necessity. Article 4: The organization and the functioning of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing shall be delineated by the Sub-Decree. Article 5: Any dispositions contrast to this Law shall be abrogated. Article 6: This Law shall be announced immediately.
