To adopt proposals of Naryn oblast and raion administration approved by ministry of Agriculture and Food and Ministry of Environment of the Kyrghyz Republic, on transfer 479 hectares of pastures from the balance of the Karatal-Japyryk national park for the balance of the peasant farm named after 8-th of March, Naryn raion. 2. To approve proposed description of borders of the Karatal-Japyryk national park. 3. State Land Management Agency under the government of the Kyrghyz Republic to make amendments to explication of lands and projects of interfarm lands management of Karatal-Japyryk national park and peasant farm named after 8-th of March, Naryn raion. 4. To invalidate Appendix # 2 of the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrghyz Republic of March, 1, 1996 # 91 "On establishment of Karatal-Japyryk national park". Prime Minister A. Jumagulov c:\mariusz\texts\kyr16536.doc Approved by Resolution of the Government of Kyrghyz Republic of June, 24, 1996 N 277 DESCRIPTION OF BORDERS of Karatal-Japyryk national park Karatal-Japyryk national park is located 16 km southwards from the Son-Kul lake. Border of Karatal-Japyryk national park starts from point A, located on the junction of administrative borders of Ak-Tala raion and Naryn raion near the foot of hills in Korjoi. Border in the North - from point A alongside hills along the border of peasant farm named after 8-th of March for 7500 m up to junction with Karatal river. Border goes eastwards along Karatal river up to junction of river with path. Then along path in the south-eastern direction for 1800 m along the foot hills up to Karatal river, then 1200 m along Karatal river, then in south-eastern direction up to junction of Karatal river and point B. From point B border goes in the south-eastern direction for 2350 m upstream up to junction with dry sai and another 720 m up to the point of loftiness. From point of loftiness in the south-eastern direction up to point B at the distance of 2060 m from loftiness. Further it goes south-eastwards for 2250, than at a distance of 9500 m goes along foot hills, then turns in the north-western direction , then goes to junction of two dry sais of Achatash river, further it goes upstream the river south eastwards up to junction of the river and animal path. From animal path it goes south eastwards up to point G, located on the mountain pass of the border with Ak-Tala raion. From mountain pass it goes along the border of Ak-Tala raion in north-eastern direction at a distance of 6570 m and goes to Kojoi, that is point A. c:\mariusz\texts\kyr16536.doc
