In order of stimulation of the land-agrarian reform implementation, support of new created individual and peasant farms, agricultural co-operatives during the transition period to market economy the Government of Kyrghyz Republic orders : 1. To allow the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Kyrghyz Republic to sell the property and cattle of the reorganised state farms and collective farms to individual and peasant farms, agricultural co-operatives with the registration of the passive debts and their repayment in equal parts during 10 years. 2. State credit debts of reorganised state farms in the amount of 50%, and collective farms - 75 % are to be transferred to new creating individual and peasant farms, agricultural co-operatives with the payment in equal parts during 15 years starting from January 1, 1997 and the remaining part of debts are to be transferred to state debt of Kyrghyz Republic. 3. Reregistration and writing off of debts of the reorganised state and collective farms before July 1, 1995 should be done in accordance with the Board' decision on land agrarian reform of MAF Kyrghyz Republic. 4. To declare invalid Article 10 of Regulation on reorganisation of agricultural enterprises, approved by Governmental Resolution of Kyrghyz Republic of August 22, 1994 #632 "On approvement of Regulation for implementation of land- agrarian reform" Prime-Minister Djumagulov A.
