Recommend EU TACIS 92 A. F. KYR. 001 to establish on their own expenses and to provide finance for functioning of Agricultural Training and Advisory Service (ATAS) for private farmers on the pattern of the other countries of the world. 2. Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall render assistance to EU TACIS 92 A. F. KYR. 001 in establishment of this service. 3. To develop Regulations (Constitution) on given service and to submit it for approval of the Ministry and TACIS. Chairman of the Collegium B. Talgarbekov Secretary of the Collegium R. Kurmanova
