13th May, 2016 LEGAL NOTICE No.86 THE WILDLIFE CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT ACT (No. 47 of 2013) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 116 (2) (b) of the Wildlife Conservation and Management Act, 2013, the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Natural Resources and Regional Development Authorities makes the following Regulations— THE WILDLIFE CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT (NATIONAL PARKS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 2016 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation and Management (National Parks) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2016. 2. The Wildlife Conservation and Management (National Parks) Regulations, 2013, are amended in Part V of the Schedule by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph 1— 1A. Two extra entries by the same person and vehicle may be permitted within twenty four hours in Amboseli and Tsavo East National parks only. Dated the 6th May, 2016. JUDY W.
