SPECIAL ISSUE 111 Kenya Gazette Supplement No. 20 21st February, 2021 (Legislative Supplement No. 13) LEGAL NOTICE NO. 26 THE WATER ACT (No. 43 of 2016) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Water Act, 2016, the Water Resources Authority makes the following Order– THE DIK DIK GARDENS WETLAND CONSERVATION AREA (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2022 1. This Order may be referred to as the Dik Dik Gardens Wetland Conservation Area (Amendment) Order, 2022. 2. The Dik Dik Gardens Wetland Conservation Area Order, 2021 is hereby amended by deleting paragraph 7 and substituting therefor the following new paragraph — 7. Any person who contravenes this Order commits an offence and is liable upon conviction to a fine of six thousand shillings and imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months. N. 206 of 2021 LEGAL NOTICE NO. 27 THE WATER ACT (No.43 of 2016) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Water Act, 2016, the Water Resources Authority makes the following Order– KIKUYU SPRINGS AQUIFER GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION AREA MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2022 1. This Order may be referred to as the Kikuyu Springs Aquifer Groundwater Conservation Area Management (Amendment) Order, 2022. 2. The Kikuyu Springs Aquifer Groundwater Conservation Area Management Order, 2021 is amended by deleting paragraph 6 and substituting therefor following new paragraph — Citation Amendment of L. N. 208 of 2021
