L eg a l N o t ic e N o . 28 T H E COM M U N I T Y L A N D A CT (No. 27 of 2016) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 48 of th e Community Land Act, 2016, the Cabinet Secretary for L ands, Publ ic Works, Housing and Urban Development makes the following Regulations — T H E COM M U N IT Y L A N D (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2023 I . These Regulations may be cited as the Community L and Citation . (Amendment) Regulations, 2023. 2. The Community Land Regulations, 2017, herein after r ef er r ed L N 279/20 17 to as the “principal Regulations” are amended by adding the following new regulation immediately after regulation 27— 28. The fees payable under section 48(2)(f) of the Act shall be the fees prescribed in the Sixth Sc hed u l e . 3. The Fifth Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by deleting Form CLA8 and substituting therefor the Form set o u t i n th e First Schedule to these Regulations. 4. The principal Regulations are amended by inserting th e Schedule set out in the Second Schedule of these Regulations immediately af ter the Fi f th Schedule. Fees.
