9th June, 2016 LEGAL NOTICE NO. 104 THE CROPS ACT (No. 16 of 2013) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section Crops Act, 2013, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock makes the following Regulations: THE TEA (AD VALOREM LEVY) (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 2016 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Tea (Ad Valorem Levy) (Revocation) Regulations, 2016. LN 8/2012 2. The Tea (Ad Valorem Levy) Regulations, 2012, are revoked. Made on the 8th June, 2016.
